These Terms & Conditions govern your use of windreama and all services offered on windreama.club. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the platform.

2. Eligibility
To register and use windreama, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

- You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of windreama or any affiliated software provider.
windreama reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until the matter is resolved.
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration
Each player may register only one windreama account. windreama uses automated and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, windreama reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonuses received, and retain winnings generated through the duplicate account.
3.2 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. windreama relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and process payments. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your windreama login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. windreama will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify windreama immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
windreama is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all player accounts. Acceptable Philippine identity documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, passport, and PRC ID. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. windreama may require updated verification documents at any time.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
4.1 Deposits
windreama accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. The minimum deposit is ₱100. windreama does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal timelines are: GCash and Maya within 30 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business hours. windreama does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. windreama may impose a processing fee on accelerated or non-standard withdrawal requests.
4.3 Incomplete Wagering
Withdrawals initiated while active bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to the bonus. The remaining real-money balance remains withdrawable without restriction.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
windreama maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. windreama may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. windreama reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate Philippine authorities.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
windreama offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and loyalty programme rewards. The following general conditions apply to all windreama bonuses:
- Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering obligations expire at the end of the validity period.
- Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal request is submitted unless the player elects to forfeit the bonus.
- windreama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practical.
- windreama reserves the right to void bonus awards and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
All games available on windreama are operated using certified Random Number Generator technology. windreama is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following rules govern gameplay:
- Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the windreama system. Technical malfunctions void all related play and wagers.
- windreama reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or game conditions resulting from technical error.
- In live dealer games, the ruling of the on-screen dealer and windreama's game supplier is final in the event of any dispute regarding the game outcome.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on windreama and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- windreama provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- windreama does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- windreama's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to windreama services shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- windreama shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, windreama.
- windreama shall not be liable for losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, regulatory changes, or acts of government.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
windreama reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Receipt of a valid regulatory instruction or court order requiring account closure.
- Player request for self-exclusion or permanent account closure.
Upon termination for cause, windreama may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated following investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players wishing to close their windreama account voluntarily may do so via the account settings page or by contacting windreama support. Voluntary closure does not forfeit real-money balances, which will be returned within standard withdrawal timelines.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with windreama that cannot be resolved through windreama's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
windreama's internal dispute resolution process requires players to raise formal complaints via the windreama support channel within 30 days of the disputed event. windreama commits to providing a written response within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
13. Amendments to These Terms
windreama reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of windreama following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using windreama and may close your account.
